Gregor J. Koobatian, MD, AGAF

Gregor J. Koobatian, MD, AGAFDr. Koobatian attended Tufts University where he earned his Medical degree, a Masters degree in Public Health, and an undergraduate degree in Biology. He completed his internship and residency at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Following residency, Dr. Koobatian was awarded the Irving Fellowship at the Lahey Clinic where he conducted research in gastroenterology. He followed Lahey with a clinical fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California, Irvine.

Upon the conclusion of his fellowship, he joined the faculty at UC Irvine.

In 2000, Dr. Koobatian left private practice in Los Angeles and joined Middlesex Gastroenterology Associates. He became a partner in 2001. He is a senior attending at Middlesex Hospital and Chief of the Gastroenterology Section.

Dr. Koobatian is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association.
